Participants personal details are not shared or disclosed by Serpent Trail Race to any third parties.  Participants email addresses may be used to send a monthly update, event news or any other news about Freedom Racing & the Serpent Trail.  Recipients can request to be removed from the mailing list by emailing info@freedom-racing.co.uk.
The Serpent Trail Race does not handle or receive participants payment details.  All event entries are made online via the well used and respected SiEntries website.  All event entry information and participants personal details are supplied by SiEntries to Serpent Trail Race.

This is the Privacy Policy of SiEntries;

To be able to use SiEntries we have to ask for and store some basic personal information about you. By using our online system to enter an event or join a membership you consent to the collection and use of this data in the manner described.

Data we Collect

When registering for the SiEntries system we will ask each participant for their name, address, gender, date of birth, email address and telephone numbers. When entering an event or joining a membership each person may also be asked for additional information relevant to that event or membership. The details you provide will be stored on a computer and will allow us to contact you if we have any problem processing your entry / application. The email address will be used to send out a confirmation of your online entry / application and may be used by the event organisers or membership secretaries to send you additional event and membership information. The telephone numbers allows us to contact you or your next of kin should you be unaccounted for after the event or if an incident occurs.

If you choose to pay by credit or debit card we will also ask you for your credit / debit card details. Full card details are only held by Global Payments, not by SPORTident UK Ltd. All we hold is the last 4 digits of your card number so we can help resolve any queries you may have about which card you paid with.

Sharing Data

All data we collect except for your credit / debit card details will be passed on to the Event Organisers / Membership Secretaries. Your name, age category, gender and entry information will appear on the public list of participants for each event you enter using the SiEntries System. We do not use this information for any other purpose or provide this information to any other commercial or non-commercial organisations.

If you choose to enter details of your social media accounts then links to these accounts may be shown on any SiEntries Entry Lists and may also be passed on to any results providers for display on any events results.
